The integrated ChampionChip Timing system on the running track next to the Margaret Island Athletic Centre has deservedly become more and more popular among the regular runners of the island.
The system has started to operate for three years and has registered more and more running trainings-the usage of this is fortunately free for personal chip owners. The system -as can be experienced on huge running races- detects the training times of all those ChampionChip owners, who also willingly wear the yellow chip on the shoelace during the trainings. In this way the achievements and results can be traced during the whole year and also can be shared with training partners and trainers. The system is very popular not just in Hungary but also world-wide. We are proud that this setup registers far the most running trainings in the world, despite it has been located on a relatively large, 5350m long running track .

The ChampionChip timing system, which is integrated on the running track next to the Margaret Island, is out of order now because of the reconstruction of the lightening on the track. After the winter period it will be put into operation again.
