These weeks the so called 'Skutsjesilen' championships take place in the Frisian Province of the Netherlands. This traditional event is a series of sailing races in which 15 Skutsjes participates, some of the Skutsjes are over 100 years old! All Skutjes are equipped with MYLAPS GPS tracking system, which allows spectators to watch the complete race online.The challenge of this race is not the number of boats, but the huge number of spectators: the first races attracted more than 35.000 visitors to MyLaps spectator website!
