The new combined event of pentathlon(shooting-running) is a novelty for the sport.
It indicates a great challange for the athletes,trainers, and for the competition organizers too. The organizers of the Pentathlon World Cup for Men in 2009 in Budapest applied firstly the timing by chips, and those informations that this system serves live to the TV broadcasting, to the LED wall, and to the speaker as well. The applied APEX chip technology made the flexible installation(which was needed by the sport)and the adequate precision possible. The detailed results of the competition are the followings:
